I have over 54 years’ experience in general building of residential, commercial and light industrial projects.

My hands-on trade experiences encompass all areas of general construction and building trades from structural design through building completion including direct supervision of all of the construction trades.

I specialize in construction defects expert witness consulting, forensic investigations, cost estimating, report writing and litigation support.
I have opined in more than 80 cases for construction defects and plumbing related matters over the past 13 years of my expert witness career and have provided testimony in depositions and court trials 18 times.

I have two offices in the state of WA, one in the Seattle metropolitan area and one in the Tri-Cities of Eastern WA.  We proudly serve the Pacific Northwest of WA, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and Oregon.
